Registration fees
Conference fees cover the registration, accommodation on board of the ship, three meals a day, coffee-breaks, sightseeing program along the route, and a set of social events. The standard registration fee is 80 000 RUB for Russian participants or 1250 EUR for foreign participants. The reduced registration fee for students and PhD students is 60 000 RUB or 800 EUR for foreign participants. These options include accommodation in a double cabin shared with another participant.
- If you would like to request single occupancy per cabin (not shared with another participant), please choose the corresponding option in the registration form.
- If you would like to request the option of traveling with an accompanying person, please also indicate it when registering. The registration fee for an accompanying person is 60 000 RUB or 700 EUR.
Since the number of cabins on the riverboat is limited, we ask you to choose carefully the appropriate option from those listed above when registering. The Organizing Committee will inform you about the approval of accommodation requests immediately after notification of abstract acceptance.
If your plans for the conference change, please contact the Organizing Committee as soon as possible.
